Eligibility
You qualify for a Student Membership if you are currently enrolled for at least one semester at a recognized college, university, or accredited technical or vocational institution, in a program related to yacht design, naval architecture, ocean engineering, naval engineering, marine engineering, merchant shipping, nautical science, naval studies, or another discipline within the Maritime field.
The Student Membership is personal and non-transferable. It is valid for one year from the date of activation and may be renewed upon confirmation of continued student status.
The following categories do not qualify for Student Membership: foundations, museums, charities, NGOs, retirees, hobbyists, self-learners.
Proof of Student Status
To verify your eligibility, please upload one of the following documents issued within the last 2 months:
– Official letter or certificate from your institution confirming your active enrollment
– Proof of enrollment or registration for the current academic term
– Transcript of records showing the current academic term
The document you upload must clearly show:
– Your full name
– The name of your institution
– The name of your program or degree
– Type and level of study (e.g., technical/vocational, undergraduate, graduate, master’s, PhD)
– Your current enrollment status (e.g., active/enrolled)
– Enrollment period
Not accepted:
– Student ID cards
– Course participation certificates
– Documents from non-academic organizations (foundations, NGOs, museums, or clubs)
